SSL Raspberry at localhost

I Cant find a Category So i placed in this Category

I have installed Owncloud on my raspberry 3 by the Video on YTUBE
So far its works and can upload pictures and stuff from my smartphone local whit wifi
Today i have in tall the SSL for https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx
I cant sign in get the message that server cant found
My data on the phone is on at 4G

Where or what is the problem.

Maybe the version o.s for the Raspberry is the problem i have installed PIXEL - Raspberry Pi
