Start client sync without logon at ms windows 10

Hello good afternoon!
Is there any way to automatically start the owncloud client sync process when the computer is turned on?
I want my client to sync files regardless of whether a user is logged in or not on the computer, today I have to log on to windows and then start the owncloud client.

ubuntu 20.04.2
owncloud x

client
ms windows 10 2.9.0
