Syncing files to an WebDAV Based System (owncloud)

Hello, we are using a few TS-451 and we want the QNAPs, at least one of them to sync to an ownCloud System.

Creating a job (scp) that sync files to the owncloud isn´t much of a problem, but doing it the right way is?
When data ist synced, there needs to a reread-job that rereads the catalog of files in the directory. But the command line function of owncloud will not work here?

Can you tell how I should setup the syncjob so that this will be done in the correct manner?

Either use webdav protocol to put the files properly through the owncloud-system, or use an external folder. You should not place manually files into you data folder:
