Owncloud version: 10.2.1
Apache: Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)
PHP: 7.0.33-0ubuntu0.16.04.6
Mysql: 5.7.27-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 (Ubuntu)

i’ve created new topic, Owncloud page is frequesntly reloading , And sync client shows no connection to owncloud frequently
Please look into this & help me out
