The Application was unable to start correctly

Hi, I was able to install the latest version of desktop client ver. 2.5.0 but unable to start due to an error.

Here’s the error:
"The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application"

After the installation, I rebooted the PC but also unable to start. I tried uninstalling and install again but also the same.

My PC is windows 7 64-bit.

Am I missing something?

I fixed it by installing the latest .net framework and microsoft visual c++ 2017.
