The mac owncloud client suppress execute permissions

    ownCloud server 10.0.10
    Works perfectly

  2. Mac Pro 5.1 - macOS 10.14.6
    myAppli.app stored on ownCloud server via web interface
    myAppli.app downloaded from ownCloud server via web interface
    Works fine
    myAppli.app synchronized in a directory of Mac Pro
    Works fine

  3. MacBook Air8.2 - macOS 10.14.6
    myAppli.app downloaded from ownCloud server via web interface
    Works fine
    myAppli.app synchronized in a directory of MacBook Air
    Not working :
    Impossible d’ouvrir l’application
    myAppli.app launched from terminal
    Not working :
    LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -10810 for the file …

The error : in the case of MacBook Air, the executable myAppli synchronized has no execute permission contrary to the case of Mac Pro

I suppress SIP on MacBook Air : no change.
