TOTP failing for user

Hello, I have an Owncloud 10.x instance running with TOTP enabled. The users login works but TOTP fails, it used to work. Haven’t done any upgrades or anything. Is there a way for me to disable TOTP just for the 1 user? Like going directly to the database and updating a table column value for the user?

Any help would be appreciated.
