True link to a file?

Hello everyone,
Is it possible to create a real link to files?
Let me explain.
If I create a link via "Private Link" it makes me a link like:
http://mysite.com/FILES/index.php/f/61
But I would like to have a link that points to the file directly, like this:
http://mysite.com/FILES/data/USER1/files/Video1.mp4

Is it possible with OnwCloud?

Maybe you could use WebDAV to access this file: https://doc.owncloud.org/server/latest/user_manual/files/access_webdav.html
