I’m having troubles to upgrade my linux dist when i run the command apt update on ownloud
the error is
Failed to fetch http://download.owncloud.org/download/repositories/9.1/Ubuntu_17.04/Packages gnutls_handshake() failed: Handshake failed
My ubuntu version is
