Unable to open documents, Check to see if the file exists


Using Datto Drive as an app but documents will not open unless the app is unistalled and reinstalled. I was instructed to try ownCloud, I login with my Datto credentials but receiving error “unable to open, check to see if the file exists”

Anyone else run into this? Or am I doing something incorrect with the initial setup?

Could you create a test account on Datto Drive and send to apps<at>owncloud.com ?


This is only occurring with one user, other users are not having the issues.
