Unable to view/sync any files after moving from shared to dedicated host

Hi all,

I'm moving a client from a shared platform to a dedicated server as it breaches the web host's terms apparently.

The shared system was installed using the shared host install script and is currently at version 9.1.0.15. The data directory stands at 100GB. I've moved the data, config & database over to the new server and replicated the original folder path on the new server.

The issue is that all clients will not sync any data and although the data is there and visible by the clients/web interface they cannot be viewed or synced.

The error message in the activity tab on the client is:
Error transferring http://mydomain.co.uk/cloud/remote.php/webdav/Plan Centre.jpg - server replied: Service Unavailable

The last entry in apache2 error.log is:

Hopefully you can help as I really need to get this done for the client.
It's a lot to ask them to start over.

I haven't read through it but it seems that you include_path is to restrictive:
https://secure.php.net/manual/en/ini.core.php#ini.include-path

On Debian, I've just .:/usr/share/php.

Independently from your problem, try to update to the latest version: https://owncloud.org/changelog/#latest9.1

Hi thanks for your reply.

I've realised that the admin folder in the data file wasn't transferred across and as this was the account I was using to test the system it was showing the items due to them being present in the database however physically they wern't.

I transferred the folder across and hey presto green ticks all round.
