Hello,
I have an iMac 15.5" Sequoia computer with ownCloud 5.3.2 installed.
There’s an account on my ownCloud account that I can’t delete! I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but it’s impossible!
How can I permanently uninstall an account on a macOS computer? Is there a procedure?
If I click “Account” and then “Remove,” the software crashes completely!
Sounds frustrating! I’ve had similar issues with ownCloud before. Sometimes leftover files or account data don’t fully clear out with a regular uninstall. You might need to manually delete config files from ~/Library/Application Support/ownCloud or try resetting the app’s cache. Hopefully a future update fixes the crash on account removal.
