Unpause client from command

Hi,
we are using ownCloud client to sync (virtual folder mode) files and folders to the client computers. Now and then the client are going to pause mode. I want to be able to unpause from command line.
Are there any way to do this?
I have looked if it is doable with inbuilt command in ownCloud client, with registry changes or any file settings but no luck.

Desktop client shouldn’t go to pause mode. Please elaborate.

I think it is when the user sets the computer in sleep mode, moving it from the dock, starts the computer elsewhere and using some WiFi. Sometimes the client goes into pause mode. It is not all times and I does not have any real case when it happens.
