"Update needed" after manual update

Hello

Impossible to run the upgrade from OC admin, so I have done the update manually.

But now home page say me "Update needed" (https://master-geomatique.org/OC-Test-temp/).

Please do you know this?

Have you run the occ upgrade command or turned the maintenance mode off?

Humm ok thanks!

I will try, but I have never done OC update in command line, I will try on a test website and db.
