Update not shown in Updater App

Hi there,

I received an Email by my hoster telling me to urgently update owncloud to the latest version due to security issues. I am having 8.2.9 installed.

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in as administrator and go to administration
2. See that no update is avaiable (release channels stable and productive)

Expected behaviour
I would expect to show me at least an update to 8.2.10 (as this was released almost a month ago).
Actually, I would even expect an upgrade to 9.0 or 9.1 (as they were both release a while ago).

Actual behaviour
Server tells me that I have the latest version.

Server configuration

no errors aviable

Integrity status for oC9+

Nothing shown. I was shown the files and folders of the admin user.

This is a known and long running issue since years. As a user you currently can do two things:

  1. Wait and hope some ownCloud guy thinks that the next version is ready for the update notification / updates via the updater app
  2. Manually check https://owncloud.org/changelog/ from time to time and to the manual update / upgrade
