Update OC from 10.0.3.1 to 10.0.4.0 with errors

During update Process the following error message appears

Tried to run the suggested repair

BUT there is no files command available in this version of occ (see attached list)

its because of changing versioning of apps , so u have to disable maintenance mod in config.php ,
or this command
sudo -u www-data php occ maintenance:mode --off

After switching off maintenanace mode File scan worked and repaired cache entries
