how can I do?

Disable the apps and then run the upgrade again. If this is not possible, you might search the forum or try something suggested here:

ninth, I have access from the shell, this message I see when I try to login voa web, but from the shell I do not know which commands to give … I have looked at the guide but I can not understand what I should write …

Did you have a look into the docs? (I assume you didn’t. )

Short:

  • Disable all apps that are not so called core apps. ( occ app:disable ...)
  • Run the upgrade. ( occ upgrade)
  • Re-enable the apps.

But please do yourself a favor, read the docs about upgrading before you proceed.

I didn’t express myself well, I apologize … I followed the guide, probably I’m wrong in typing the commands, I don’t know, here is the result:

pi@Cloud:/var/www/owncloud $ sudo -u www-data php occ app:disable market
ownCloud or one of the apps require upgrade - only a limited number of commands are available
You may use your browser or the occ upgrade command to do the upgrade
No such app enabled: market
pi@Cloud:/var/www/owncloud $ sudo -u www-data php occ app:disable market:upgrade
ownCloud or one of the apps require upgrade - only a limited number of commands are available
You may use your browser or the occ upgrade command to do the upgrade
No such app enabled: market:upgrade

the result does not change if I give the commands as root
giving this command instead:

root@Cloud:/var/www/owncloud# sudo -u www-data php occ upgrade
ownCloud or one of the apps require upgrade - only a limited number of commands are available

But I have not solved anything, I still have the same problem if I then give the upgrade command

Maybe I should stop here, as you didn’t tell anything about your system and how you got at this point.
Usually, the upgrade runs true as soon as you have disabled all “disturbing” apps.
But here I’m afraid I cannot help further.

I managed to start the cloud by disabling (or rather uninstalling) the apps from phpmyadmin … the problem is that now I no longer have the marketplace and I don’t know how to reinstall it (I just deleted the apps and couldn’t disable them) I know I’m an idiot. … can you tell me how to proceed? owncloud is installed on a raspberry pi4 8gb ram with raspberry pi running

Well, that’s easy. Get the market-app from here. Unzip that file in your apps directory, then you can enable it, and you’re back in business.

Before doing any more damage I ask … I have to unzip it in /var/www/owncloud/apps right?

When I read your upgrade error log correctly you should have only disabled audioplayer, then run the upgrade again.

sudo -u www-data php occ app:disable audioplayer

Correct. After that, you have to enable market app again, usually.
