Updating debian owncloud package over a tinyproxy to domain download.owncloud.org doesn't work

Hi,
it will be something with the network-configuration, but I need some hints.

Updating the owncloud package over a tinyproxy doesn’t work.
I can update all other packages but not the owncloud one. I get a timeout error. Also getting the site https://download.owncloud.org with lynx doesn’t work.

I found a crazy solution by using download2.owncloud.org !?

Where do you get the timeout error? And do you get error messages in your tinyproxy?
I got a certificate error using lynx, because ca-certificates wasn’t installed.
