Upload problem (file size) only in shared folders

Hi,
I have a problem in a shared folder.

1. upload file in public folder (settings:Download / View / Upload ) via shared link, no password, not logged in
2. “unknown error” after 10-15 minutes
3. when I’m logged in as a user, I can put the same large file in the same folder without any problems. The file is about 5GB in size, the limit is set to 10 GB. The latest version of owncloud is installed (10.10).

I got the error after updating owncloud to 10.10.
A large file is not uploaded via a link to a shared folder with the error “File download timeout <fileName.rar >” - ≈ 1.3 GB

If you log into owncloud as a user, large files are uploaded. The problem is only with the folder on the link.
