User Cannot See file list

Expected behaviour\

user can see the user’s own file list

Actual behaviour

Today, accidently user can not see the file list, the owncloud server has already combine with the cas server.

I have the role of adminstrator, when I access the admin page, i can not see all users. at the same time , i can not see the installed application list . the error log show nothing, How i can deal with the problem, thank you.

Web server:: apache(httpd)

Database: mysql5.7

PHP version: 7.2.24

ownCloud version: 10.3.0.4

Where did you install ownCloud from:

It seems an error related to the files_mediaviewer app. Make sure you are running a version of the app which is compatible with your 10.3.0 ownCloud version as well be sure the Gallery app is disabled as the two apps are proven to be incompatible.

I looks like a file error.
