Usernames don't appear in ssl_access_log

We are performing an update from an old ownCloud server (version 10.0.x) to a more recent one (version 10.13.1). Both of them run apache 2.4

We have noticed that in the file /var/log/httpd/ssl_access_log of the old server , information about which user is connecting (IP_ADDRESS - USER_NAME) appears when accessed through the desktop client. If access is through the web, it doesn’t appear (IP_ADDRESS - -). For example:

IP_ADDRESS - USER_NAME [22/Oct/2023:03:30:02 +0200] “PROPFIND /remote.php/dav/files/USER_NAME/ HTTP/1.1” 207 16568

But in the new version of ownCloud, the user’s name never appears. For example:
IP_ADDRESS - - [23/Oct/2023:13:28:04 +0200] “PROPFIND /remote.php/dav/files/USER_NAME/ HTTP/1.1” 207 16568201

Can anyone confirm if users appear in the ssl_access_log files in your ownCloud configurations? Is there any way to activate displaying user names?

It’s a feature we used to detect the client’s origin (web or desktop client).

TY
