Users disabled error

Hello,

I have an issue with AD users receiving a “User Disabled” prompt after sign-in via the web portal.
Current Version: 10.6.0

Root account is operational. However, all AD users, including admin group assigned AD users are denied access.

Event log reports multiple “Trusted Domain Error”

LDAP is enabled and configured, with no recent changed.

Access was granted to all users a week ago.
