Hello friends , i have updated from 10.0.2 to 10.0.3 .
when i login with admin , i can upload everything , but with users , webdav give me 403 error ,
my web server is apache2 ,
php 7 and mysql ,
OS : ubuntu 16.04

it's empty for this error
Then i think you probably have to look for other logfiles where this is logged. 403 just means "forbidden" so this is definitely logged somewhere and you just need to find the place where it is logged.
My error: "PROPFIND /remote.php/webdav/ HTTP/1.1" 403 1244 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Linux) mirall/2.2.2"
Please don’t reply to super old threads, ownCloud is at 10.4.1 right now.
Please open a new issue and fill out the template.
Regarding the error, please double check your permissions and web server configuration.
