Webserver warning:Your storage is full, files can not be updated or synced anymore!

Steps to reproduce

1.upgrade ths filesystem to storage users’ files
2.after upgrade,I login the web-server as local user,the web interface shows:Your storage is full, files can not be updated or synced anymore!
3.And I click “settings” ,You are using 1.4 GB of 1.4 GB (100 %),but default quota is 100 GB
4.Then I refreash the brower, which display normal :You are using 1.4 GB of 100 GB (1.37 %)
5.after a few minuters ,When I login as the same user, the warning about Your storage is full occurs
but desktop client can use normally.
So I don’t know how to solve it, could you give me some suggestion?

Sorry , Maybe I have solved this problem.
We change the mount type of filesystem, and it words well
