Why can't Admin user see other files?

Using OC 9.1 and logged in as Admin, I am not able to see ('administer') files left on the server by other OC users. Is that by design or is there another module I need to add?

I need to be able to see (delete if necessary) all users' files.

Hi,

ownCloud won't allow you to "big brother" your users by default (yes, this is by design). See the following FAQ for a workaround:

It's not about being "big brother"; rather, it's being able to help users who don't really get the cloud thing.
