After updating the ownCloud Desktop Client to version 6.0.2, files are missing from the server and sync is not working properly. Has anyone else faced this issue and found a solution?

Your post could use much more detail, and probably belongs in one of the client categories, like Desktop , Android , or iOS, depending on which platform you are using.
