I have a client who is experiencing this issue on a newly-installed Windows 11 laptop. Problem exists with the very latest desktop client, and on a test of the 5.2.1 version. Using virtual sync, you can select folders in the Explorer Owncloud folder. The moment you download a file, and select that file - or any files that have been downloaded, explorer freezes. I have to open task manager and restart explorer.
I have other clients with Windows 11, same configuration, no issues, so I strongly suspect there is an issue on the Windows side, but don’t know how to solve it. Any ideas would be welcomed.
