Hi , i have recently installed owncloud with LDAP , but for LDAP configuration have problem , owncloud could not connect to ldap server(Active Directory) and recieve error , it also dosen’t work with port 389 , i config this part as said in https://doc.owncloud.com/server/10.6/admin_manual/configuration/user/user_auth_ldap.html#introduction

The error message says that your Base DN appears to be wrong.
Did you enter the values manually or click on [Detect Base DN]?
I entered both of them , and get error .
Try not to have spaces in your values for the user dn and base dn. Maybe it helps.
Also try reading this solved issue: Base DN could not be auto-detected, please revise credentials, host and port
I think this may help you, because it is related to your case.
I test it , but it did not work
Thank you for your help , i found the problem , in owncloud site the command example is like below and i did it like that
ldaps://directory.my-company.com
i remove s from ldaps the problem solved
