Missing Menu Item in Desktop Client

Installed ownCloud Desktop-Client in Linux-Mint 18. According to the manual there are 4 Menu Entries in the Clients window: Account, Activity, General, Network. In my case "Account" is missing. As the window looks different to the picture in the manual her my question - Is this a new version or a bug?

There have been some issues with apt and the owncloud repos and automatic updates were stuck with version 2.1.1:

Issue: Repo: Weak digest & Invalid signatures (Key expired)

In my case apt didn't consider the owncloud-sources any more, not sure if I found a way to enforce it or just re-added the sources (and ignored the warnings).

Took your advice and installed the latest version. OwnCloud has excellent instructions on how to set up the new repository in Ubuntu 16 = Linux Mint 18. However are unable to test as OCL fails to connect to server - new topic.
