No update message from 9.1.0 (stable) to 9.1.1 (stable)

Hi ppl, sry for my bad English.

Expected behaviour
Owncloud server must update

Actual behaviour
No message for update in admin section. It says, what i have the newest version, last check was 29.09.2016 But 9.1.1 is released.

Server configuration
Operating system: FreeBSD 10.1-STABLE
Web server: Apache/2.4.12 (FreeBSD)
Database: mysql56-server-5.6.23
PHP version: PHP 5.6.6
ownCloud version (see ownCloud admin page): 9.1.0 (stable)
Updated from an older ownCloud or fresh install: Updates since 6.x

Special configuration (external storage, external authentication, reverse proxy, server-side-encryption):
I have external storage, no problem with it.

Integrity status for oC9+

No errors have been found.

Issues were found when testing updates, I'll check whether they are resolved or whether they require excluding some update paths.
