Steps to reproduce

When I start ownCloud client

Client configuration

Client version: 2.5.3 and 2.6(master)

Operating system: Windows 10

I built ownCloud following the Windows Development Build with KDE Craft steps.
The sys-exclude.lst file is in the root folder.

Thanks @michaelstingl. The location of sys-exclude.lst was wrong and I solved the issue moving it to the correct path.
