ownCloud ignore my MP4 and .rar files on sync

I am having issues with my ownCloud syncing mp4's and rar files sometimes I get an error saying can't sync mp4 and rar files. Sometimes the client application ignores them as well as sometimes it displays that the files are locked.

I did the following search https://central.owncloud.org/search?q=file%20is%20locked scanned through the found threads and found https://central.owncloud.org/t/file-is-locked-how-to-unlock/985 which might help.

Seems to me that your remote server has some performance issues and takes too long to respond. Might worth to do some performance tweaks on PHP/MySQL/Operating System level.
