PHP intl moudle not install

i upgrade owncloud from 10.0.4 to 10.0.6,after upgrade
at login website service show
PHP intl moudle not install ,plesase contact administrator

in owncloud set and alert it show
“PHP module intl not installed. Please ask your server administrator to install the module.”
