Show user quota in admin user section

Hi,

do you see a chance for this feature in 9.x: https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues/1344

This app also looks interesting, but unfortunately it says its max. OC version is 8.1. https://apps.owncloud.com/content/show.php/Storage+Usage+%2B+Activity+Charts?content=166746

It would be great to see whats going on concerning disk usage of OC users.

until it is decided that feature request are only handled in here (see: https://central.owncloud.org/t/close-all-enhancement-issues-in-github-and-ask-people-to-reopen-them-in-here/943) please keep already open feature requests at the bugtracker.
