Storage not available for pre authorised

Steps to reproduce

  1. Login to Owncloud
  2. Select Pre Configured Share (External Storage, SMB / CIFS, Username and Password)
    3.Storage Not available error message (Followed instructions found https://central.owncloud.org/t/owncloud-9-1-1-storage-not-available/3214/7 results in new error message:
    Some of the configured external mount points are not connected. Please click on the red row(s) for more information
    )

Expected behaviour

Should use entered creds to login to shared directory. It used to to this and now simply refuses to. The other share that uses Log-in credentials, save in session continues to work fine though.

can you access the share with the entered credentials? Outside of owncloud

Clicking in the red row should give you more information about what's happening. Logs should also help.

If the password (or the credentials) changed you'll need to enter the new ones. In addition, make sure the account you're using isn't locked by any other service.
