Th login does not work

Content Security Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource at https://ajax.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/scripts/2448a7bd/cloudflare-static/rocket-loader.min.js (“script-src”).

this had ringed some bells for me and i did the following search:

which had lead to various threads which seems to suggest to disable cloudflare as it has caused these issues:

Cannot login with browser to owncloud server any more

I had a similar problem recently, after turning on CloudFlare for my wordpress website. CF does some optimization to the code that is not compatible with OC login web page. I can't remember exactly what I did, but basically I turned off all CF optimization switches one by one, until I found the problematic one. That did the trick for me.

If you're absolutely sure that you're running 9.0.4 and the issue is still happening there re-check your environment for stuff like Cloudflare and other services and tools which are messing around with javascript: https://doc.owncloud.org/server/9.1/admin_manual/issues/general_troubleshooting.html#other-issues

Log in / sign in button does not work

This is known to be caused by e.g. Cloudflare and other services or webserver modules messing around with the javascript used on the login page.
